The site may process technical data required for operation and, during purchase, data entered in Shopify Checkout.
Reseller applications
The reseller form collects company, tax, address and contact details, country, market, products of interest and the application message. The data is used to assess and manage a potential commercial partnership, is stored in Supabase and is notified by email to the controller’s designated commercial recipient. Cloudflare Turnstile processes the technical data needed to distinguish legitimate submissions and sign-ins from automated abuse.
Support tickets
The Support form processes first and last name, email address, product, category, supplied version information, subject, and request description. If a serial is entered, the site retains only a cryptographic fingerprint and its last four characters. Tickets are stored in Supabase and notified by email to the designated operational recipient. Cloudflare Turnstile processes the technical data required to prevent automated abuse.
Reseller area
When enabled, the restricted area processes usernames, company and tax data, contacts, addresses, commercial information, serial orders, payment status, and change logs. Credentials are handled by Supabase Auth; passwords are not stored in reseller profiles. Order checkout and payment confirmation are handled through Shopify.
Payments
Payment data is handled by the payment provider configured in Shopify; this site should not store full card numbers.
